Color and music are simply two different ways we perceive vibration. Everything on this planet is translated from energy into our perceived experience through vibration. Did you know that red corresponds to the note, C? Try to envision the seven colors of the Chakra System as musical notes moving up your spine.. Each nerve center has an optimal frequency expressing itself by the degree to which your true "self" allows your soul to flow and embody vitality. Consider what this understanding might do for you.
I encourage you to put on some headphones, click on the Solfeggio tuning fork sound bath (to the left) and visualize each note flowing through your body's separate nerve centers. It can help retrain your visceral understanding of being you in your body! When we meditate or find moments of joyfulness, we choose to harmonize with our soul's pure vibration.
Similarly, my support will rebuild your body's natural harmonics, which was designed to work most optimally when your mind and heart are in coherence. This is resonance between your free will (spirit) and your soul (source of consciousness). My sessions structure in wellness as a replacement to stressful or unhealthy thought patterns, as you begin your next steps in life.
